Precise colour on paper. The same precision on screen.

Areej Colors is a Saudi printing and post-printing company, with a portfolio running from brand identity and commercial print to packaging, signage and exhibition build. The work itself is inherently visual — but today it ends up in a client's hands, not on their screen. MAZ NEXA proposes two joined-up workstreams: a bilingual monthly content engine that shows the quality of the execution week after week, and performance campaigns that convert that visibility into actual quote requests.

The challenge & our answer

From a print house found by referral to a brand recognised before the first call.

The gap is not the quality of the work. It is that the quality is only visible after delivery.

Where things stand today

  • The finished work is highly visual — but it is not documented or published consistently.
  • Enquiries arrive mostly by referral and WhatsApp, not through a measurable channel.
  • The category is crowded, and comparison between printers collapses to price when quality is not visible.
  • There is no fixed publishing rhythm keeping the company present between orders.
  • There is no data on which content actually brings enquiries and which does not.

After this engagement

  • A growing visual archive showing execution, materials and finishes — 18 assets every month.
  • A measurable enquiry channel: campaigns that generate trackable quote requests.
  • Differentiation built on quality and precision — not on price alone.
  • A dependable weekly presence in Arabic and English on the platforms buyers actually use.
  • A live dashboard and a monthly report that show what worked and why.

Who Areej Colors is

A Saudi institution specialising in printing and post-printing services, based in Riyadh.

The company works to advance the printing and post-printing industry through modern technology, professional expertise and high-quality solutions — with a portfolio spanning commercial printing, packaging, identity design and exhibition preparation. Its own stated promise is simple and precise: clear colours, organised details, print-ready files.

The service portfolio

Six service families — and six different stories that can be told.

Each family speaks to a different buyer and needs a different kind of content. This is what drives the content pillars in the next tab.

Identity & printed matter

Cards, brochures, profiles, invitations

Business cards, brochures, company profiles and invitation cards — the print that represents a brand at first contact.

Advertising & display

Banners & roll-ups for events and openings

Banners and roll-up displays for storefronts, exhibitions and openings — deadline-critical work that cannot slip.

Stickers & labels

For packaging, promotions and organisation

Stickers and labels for packaging, promotions, wrapping and organisation — in flexible quantities suited to retail and emerging brands.

Packaging & paper products

Cups, bags, boxes & ribbons

Paper cups, bags and boxes, satin ribbons, abaya bags and cup holders — products the end consumer sees every day.

Commercial orders

Flexible volumes for companies and stores

Commercial orders in flexible quantities for businesses and retail stores, with repeat and regular supply.

Design & pre-press

File preparation, quality review & finishing

File preparation and pre-print quality review, plus multiple finishing options — the layer that makes the real difference in the final result.

Audience map

Six audiences that buy print — each for a different reason.

Content and ad targeting are built from this map, not from an assumption of one single audience.

Marketing & brand managers

Inside mid-size and large companies. They buy corporate print and profiles, and care about consistency and colour accuracy more than price.

Retail, café & F&B owners

They buy cups, bags, boxes and labels repeatedly. The decision is fast, and loyalty comes from hitting deadlines and holding quality.

Exhibition & event organisers

High-pressure seasonal work: banners, roll-ups and stand build with deadlines that cannot move.

Agencies & designers

A professional audience that judges a printer on file handling, finishing and the ability to execute exactly what they designed.

Government & institutional procurement

Larger, longer contracts — and they need evidence of professionalism and capacity before awarding.

New brands & small businesses

Their first ever print order. They need guidance on stock and finish choices — which is where educational content becomes a sales tool.

What we found

Three findings that shaped this proposal.

We reviewed the company's public digital footprint and how enquiries reach it today. The three findings below set the priorities in the scope — and each is verifiable before we start.

Finding 01

The product is visual, the presence is not

Every job that leaves Areej Colors is itself a publishable visual: colour, stock, finish, detail. But that archive is not photographed or published on a regular basis, so the proof of quality stays between the company and one client.

Evidence: the official site lists six full service families, while the actual execution samples remain undocumented in published content a buyer can browse.
Finding 02

The enquiry starts and ends in a private chat

The order path today runs on WhatsApp and direct calls. Excellent for closing, but it does not generate new demand and leaves no measurable trail — so there is no way to know where a customer came from or what convinced them.

Evidence: the contact channels published on the site rely on WhatsApp and phone as the primary conversion point, with no trackable digital channel preceding them.
Finding 03

A crowded category where comparison ends at price

The Riyadh printing sector is crowded with suppliers offering near-identical service lists. When a buyer sees no visible quality difference, the only remaining question is price — the worst battleground to compete on.

Impact: the company's own promise — “precise colours, organised details” — is exactly what a price list cannot prove. Only content showing the result can.

Sources: the Areej Colors official website (areejcolors.sa), its service and contact pages, plus a review of the company's public platform presence in August 2026. Digital baselines are formally fixed in the week-two audit once administrator access is granted.

The opportunity

To make the finished work the company's strongest advertisement.

01

Turn production into content

Every completed job becomes publishable material: the final result, the stock, the finish and the print detail up close.

02

Open a measurable enquiry channel

Two campaigns a month driving to a quote request or a direct WhatsApp conversation — with a known source and a known cost.

03

Compete on quality, not price

Showing precision, deadline reliability and finishing options builds a difference a price cut alone cannot match.

04

Get ahead of the seasons

Ramadan, National Day, graduations, exhibitions and openings — predictable print seasons that can be marketed weeks before they peak.

What this proposal covers

Two workstreams that work together — one builds presence, one converts it into enquiries.

Included in this engagement

  • A monthly content calendar aligned to the Areej Colors identity
  • 18 creatives a month: 10 static, 5 animated, 3 short reels
  • Caption writing and Arabic hashtags, in Arabic and English
  • Publishing and scheduling across the approved platforms
  • Daily community management under a dedicated account manager
  • Two paid campaigns a month: awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Targeting, audience and retargeting setup on up to 3 platforms
  • Ad copy in Arabic and English
  • A monthly performance report plus a live dashboard

Outside scope (quoted separately if needed)

  • The paid media budget itself — paid by the client directly to the platforms
  • On-location professional photography and video shoot days
  • Website build or redesign, and landing page development
  • Visual identity development or rebuild
  • Influencer marketing and paid media relations
  • Print collateral design and the printing work itself
  • Design revisions beyond the two included rounds

A note on where the scope comes from

This scope is built from the technical and commercial proposals presented to Areej Colors on 06 August 2026. Campaign management appears in the commercial proposal as optional scope, and is carried here inside the single integrated “social media + performance marketing” line the price is built on.

Workstream one · monthly

An always-on social engine — not a campaign that ends.

A fixed, predictable monthly commitment: strategy, production, publishing, community management and measurement. This is what ships every month without exception.

What ships every month

Six standing commitments.

01

Content strategy

A monthly calendar, approved in advance

A monthly content calendar aligned to the Areej Colors identity, setting out what publishes and when, so communication stays consistent across platforms — approved before production starts.

02

Content production

18 assets a month in three formats
The split
  • 10 static creatives — custom posts that follow the Areej Colors identity and deliver clear, visually strong messages.
  • 5 animated creatives — motion visuals that lift engagement through dynamic storytelling.
  • 3 short reels — high-impact short video built to capture attention and increase visibility.
03

Captions & hashtags

Arabic-first, with equal English

Concise, precise copy for every post, with considered Arabic hashtags to widen reach and visibility. Written natively in both languages — not machine-translated.

04

Publishing & scheduling

Across the approved platforms

Publishing across the selected platforms in line with the approved calendar, at the times analysis shows work best for the Areej Colors audience.

05

Community management

Daily, under a dedicated account manager

Daily interaction — replies to comments, messages and DMs — with quote requests passed to the sales team immediately. A dedicated account manager owns daily operations and escalation.

06

Reporting & dashboard

Monthly report + a live dashboard

A comprehensive monthly report covering key metrics, hashtag effectiveness, audience engagement, follower growth and recommendations — alongside a live dashboard that updates automatically and is available to Areej Colors at any time.

Our process

Eight steps from immersion to continuous refinement.

These are not one-off opening steps — the last four cycle monthly for the life of the engagement.

01

Immersion session

A session with the Areej Colors team and a walk-through of the facility to understand capabilities, stocks, finishes and the order cycle before any strategy is written.

02

Competitor analysis

Identifying and analysing Riyadh print houses on social to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and to spot both quick wins and longer-term opportunities.

03

Persona profiling

Building profiles for the six buying audiences, which then drive platform, content, message and ad-targeting choices.

04

Tone of voice

A clear, consistent voice for Areej Colors, with measured variation by platform and situation — that is what gives the communication its own flavour.

05

Social media audit

A full audit of the existing channels: baselines, audience quality, content gaps and the assets worth building on.

06

Content strategy

Content pillars, publishing cadence, platform roles and the month's calendar — documented and approved.

07

Measure & analyse

Performance reviewed against the agreed KPIs — not against numbers picked after the fact.

08

Continuously refine

What works gets scaled, what does not gets replaced — monthly, on the evidence.

What we need from the floor each month

The strongest content for a print house comes from inside it. Each month we need simple access to finished jobs before they ship — phone photos are often enough — and client permission to publish where required. This one arrangement lifts content quality more than anything else, and in month one we set a written routine for it that does not consume the team's time.

Content pillars

Six pillars that carry the Areej Colors story.

Each of the 18 monthly assets belongs to one pillar. The shares below are the proposed starting point, recalibrated monthly against actual performance.

01

Product & finish

The finished product up close: stock, finish, foiling, embossing and colour accuracy — the visual proof of quality.

~25%
02

Client work

Real delivered projects — identity, packaging, exhibition stands — published with client permission, the strongest proof of capability.

~20%
03

Behind the press

Operations, machinery, colour calibration and file checking — the content that builds trust and explains why the result differs.

~15%
04

Buying guides & education

Which paper? What is the difference between finishes? How do you prepare a print-ready file? Content that pulls in the first-time buyer.

~15%
05

Offers & commercial orders

Flexible volumes, repeat supply and packages for retail and cafés — the content closest to a direct quote request.

~15%
06

Seasons & occasions

Ramadan, National Day, graduations, exhibitions and openings — predictable print peaks, planned for in advance.

~10%
Platform roles

Each platform has a defined job — not the same post everywhere.

Platform Priority Role for Areej Colors Primary audience Content emphasis
InstagramPrimaryThe visual shopfront — the natural home for a product judged by eye.Retail, cafés, agencies, new brandsProduct & finish, client work, reels

XSupportingAnnouncements and presence in the Saudi public conversation and national moments.General public, companiesNews, seasons, moment participation
LinkedInSupportingThe B2B channel to reach marketing and procurement managers, corporate and institutional contracts.Companies, government procurement, agenciesClient work, capacity, professionalism

The final platform set is fixed in the week-two audit. The agreed scope covers management of the approved platforms within the stated monthly production volume — not an unlimited number of channels.

The monthly mix

How the 18 assets distribute across pillars and formats.

This is a typical month. It is recalibrated in the monthly performance review, with priority given to the pillars delivering the best engagement quality and the most quote requests.

Report + live dashboard

Measurement framework

Four dimensions of measurement — not a single number.

For a print house, follower count is not the measure that matters. What matters is how many enquiries arrived, from which content, at what cost, and how many became orders.

Dimension 01
Awareness
Reach, impressions, profile visits and visibility in local search results.
Dimension 02
Engagement quality
Saves, shares, video completion rate and purchase-intent questions — not likes alone.
Dimension 03
Enquiries
DMs, WhatsApp clicks and quote requests — attributed to the source post or campaign.
Dimension 04
Efficiency
Cost per enquiry, click-through rate and conversion rate — the indicators of whether ad spend is working.
Reporting

Three layers of visibility.

Live dashboard

A dashboard that updates automatically with content, campaign and KPI performance, open to Areej Colors at any time — no waiting for month end.

Monthly report

A comprehensive report (PDF or slides) covering key metrics, hashtag effectiveness, audience engagement, follower growth, campaign performance and strategic recommendations for the month ahead.

Monthly review session

A live session with the account manager to review performance and set direction for the following month — a report that gets discussed, not just sent.

Workstream two · monthly

It is not about shouting louder — it is about saying the right thing to the right person.

Two paid campaigns every month, built to produce a countable result: an enquiry, a quote request or a WhatsApp conversation. Each campaign is built, launched, monitored and optimised inside the monthly scope.

Campaign strategy

A funnel simplified into three distinct, actionable stages.

We do not launch one campaign trying to do everything. Separating the stages is what lets us see which part works and which needs changing.

Stage 01
Awareness
Stage 02
Retargeting
Stage 03
Lead generation
01

Awareness stage

Reaching as much of the target audience as possible for brand awareness, using reach, video-view and link-click objectives within the platform.

02

Retargeting stage

Retargeting people who viewed or engaged with the awareness ads or visited the landing page — the audience most likely to convert.

03

Lead generation stage

Focusing on generating enquiries using conversion objectives and in-platform lead-generation forms, or direct routing to WhatsApp.

The purchasing mindset

Five stages a buyer moves through — and the content differs at each.

The buying cycle has shifted in recent years: buyers research and compare more, aided by reviews, video and available content. That adds complexity — but it opens opportunity for whoever shows up at the right stage.

1
Awareness

Need recognition

The most important stage — every order begins when a customer realises they need print.

Content: seasons, occasions and awareness campaigns.
2
Research

Search for information

At this stage the customer works to identify their options — suppliers, stocks and finishes.

Content: buying guides and educational content.
3
Consideration

Evaluation of options

Here the customer compares suppliers to reach the best choice — and this is exactly where visible quality wins.

Content: client work, product and finish.
4
Decision

Purchasing decision

Buying behaviour turns into action — the customer requests a quote or opens a WhatsApp chat.

Content: retargeting, offers and conversion campaigns.
5
Post-purchase

Evaluation & re-order

After delivery the customer evaluates: would they recommend it, would they re-order? Print is repeat business by nature.

Content: testimonials and repeat-supply offers.
The process explained

Eight steps per campaign — repeated twice every month.

01

Define goals & audience

Who the campaign targets — age, gender, location, interests and behaviour — and what the goal actually is.

02

Campaign objective

Choosing a specific objective: awareness, engagement, traffic or leads — one objective per campaign.

03

Choose the platform

Selecting platforms that match the target audience and the objective — up to three per cycle.

04

Ad creative

A combination of impactful copy and engaging creative, built on the print house's actual work — not stock imagery.

05

Ad format

Selecting the format and mix: single image, carousel or video — according to platform and message.

06

Set the budget

Determining the available spend and setting it as a daily or lifetime budget — the media budget comes from the client directly.

07

Launch

Launching the campaign once audience, creative, copy and budget are approved by Areej Colors.

08

Monitor & optimise

Continual monitoring against the goal, with tweaks to creative, copy, ad type and destination based on the data.

Campaign types

What is available on each platform.

The recommended platforms for Areej Colors are Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Meta Ads. The rest stay available within the agreed maximum if the analysis favours them.

Setup

Campaign parameters

  • Campaign duration: ongoing / monthly.
  • Campaign types: awareness, engagement and conversion (enquiries and quote requests).
  • Number of campaigns: 2 per month.
  • Audience location: Riyadh — Saudi Arabia.
  • Number of platforms: up to 3.
  • Recommended platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta Ads.
  • Ad copy languages: Arabic and English.
Destination

Where the click lands

  • The landing page is provided by the client, or direct booking/order links are used.
  • WhatsApp as a direct conversion destination — the best fit for print quote requests.
  • In-platform lead forms where no landing page is available.
  • Every campaign is tagged with tracking links so the source of each enquiry is known.
  • The destination is reviewed monthly — the best one is decided by data, not assumption.
  • The paid media budget is not included in the fee. It is paid directly by Areej Colors to the platforms, and we recommend an operating minimum agreed in month one.
  • Campaign setup, management and optimisation are fully included within the integrated monthly line item.
  • Accurate tracking requires administrator access to the ad accounts, link tagging and, ideally, a dedicated WhatsApp Business number.
Roadmap

Twelve weeks — publishing starts in week three, not after two months.

Two weeks to understand, audit and set strategy — then the monthly engine starts and keeps running. The first campaign goes live in the same week publishing begins.

What we need from Areej Colors

The timeline above assumes these inputs.

We state them explicitly because approval delay and a shortage of raw material from the floor are the two biggest causes of slippage in engagements of this kind.

Required

Inputs & access

  • One nominated contact at Areej Colors with authority to approve.
  • Administrator access to the social accounts and the ad accounts.
  • Monthly access to finished jobs before they ship — phone photos are usually enough.
  • Publishing permission from Areej Colors' own clients where their work is shown.
  • Existing brand assets: logo, colours, fonts and available photography.
  • An approved ad budget and a payment method linked to the ad accounts.
Service terms

Agreed response times

  • Monthly calendar approval within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Design feedback consolidated into one round within 2 working days.
  • Campaign approval (audience, creative, budget) within 2 working days.
  • Community response within 4 working hours for general enquiries.
  • Quote requests passed to the Areej Colors sales team as they arrive.
  • A monthly performance review attended by both sides.
Commercial offer

One integrated line item: social media management and performance marketing together.

We do not split the fee between content and campaigns, because both workstreams run on the same material and are measured by the same result. The total depends on the agreed term, and the scenarios are set out in full below.

What is not carried in these prices.

  • Paid media budget is not included. The fee covers building, managing and optimising the campaigns. The ad spend itself is paid directly by Areej Colors to the platforms.
  • Professional on-location shoot days are not included. Creatives are produced from available assets, photos supplied from the floor, design and motion. Professional shoot days are quoted separately as required.
  • Landing page and website build sit outside scope. Areej Colors provides the landing page, or we use direct order links and WhatsApp as the destination.
  • Font and stock-image licences, if required, are purchased in the Areej Colors name and billed at cost with no margin.
  • A regular approval rhythm is assumed, per the response times set out above; repeated approval delay may affect delivery dates.
